I usually bake mac & cheese in a glass dish; b/c of the lrg amount needed, using foil pan. Any helpful tips?
Should I add butter or spray the pan to avoid mac from sticking? Will a vegetable spray (Pam) give the mac a bad taste?

- I have always used the foil pan the same as a glass dish. You could spray it, I can't imagine it would hurt anything. But, I would just do a light coating.
- Vegetable spray will work fine. It won't make it taste bad. Be sure to put the foil pan on a baking sheet when you bake it, to avoid burning the bottom and to make it easier to take out of the oven.
- spray the pan.
