I need summer make up tips!!?

I'm going to high school next year and i don't want to look like a ghost ( since my sis wears make up every day and all of her school-mates does too) bad thing is, my sis is the kinda person that won't even a bit of infomation... HELP!!! Anyone has any idea how to put on make up for school and for summer? (Right now, my friends say stick to Revlon for lips and Maybelline for eyes but what about MAC??)

2. Use light makeup, try a tinted moisturiser and a peachy pink blusher if you are fair. A little bit of bronzer powder would look nice too. Don't stick to Revlon for lips and Maybelline for eyes (though I agree they have good products for lips/eyes) it's more fun to experiment and find out what suits you best. If you use Maybelline try Great Lash in Brown Black as it's less harsh on fair skin. MAC do some nice lipglosses and also Lancome, love the juicy tubes in all different shades : )
3. dont use either use NYC for mascera powder eyeliner and blush. its cheaper and it works the same plus its not tested on animals. for lips you should use revlon its by far the best but it is expensive. bath and body works has awsome lipgloss too. all of their products are not tested on animals either.

5. Don't go by brands, different brands work for different people. If you have a warm eye color(brown, hazelly gold), use a cool shadow color. If you have a cool eye color(blue, green, etc.) use a warm shadow color like golish-brown. Use a light highlight right under the brow. Maybelline great lash mascara does work the best for me for mascara, but you can test a few. Use either, black, brown, or clear. I don't think you should use lipstick in highschool, it tends to age you. I would suggest a light shiny lip gloss. Have fun!
