- coupons, coupons, coupons buy only what is on sale! foodnetwork.com
- Pasta is cheap and easy to use, quick to cook, and you can make a really simple recipe with just a tin of tomatoes, a bit of onion, bacon or whatever you wish.
- only shop for what's on sale and clip coupons...they really do help you save...also, if your grocery store offers those saving cards, sign up for those (theyr'e free) and they help too. make stews, soups, chili, tacos, pot pies, dark meat chicken, lots of pasta, potatoes, and rice. they feed a lot for so little.
- I survived through college on Ramen noodles with a handful of frozen mixed veg tossed in...
- Go to couponmom.com and get those coupons! Also, check out the grocery store's circulars so that you can match the coupons with what will already be on sale for the week. This is a great article about how to do just that. http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/SavingandDebt/SaveMoney/SecretsOfSuperstarGroceryShoppers.aspx As far as fresh fruits and veggies go (they can get pricy at the grocery store), try to buy local fruits and vegetables from a local farm or farmers market. You can find this info at http://www.localharvest.org Good luck! You just need to be flexible and creative!
- Potatos, rice, pasta. If you have any food outlets that sell canned goods and other items like Grocery Outlet or Big Lots. Most bigger towns have bread places with day old bread and other items. Shop your newspaper for food bargains and specials. Coupons are great.
- Probably eat microwave, and cup of noodle is the cheapest, but is not healthy. I would suggest you do regually running, walking to burn out those fat, since most fat in microwave fat is not healthy. Fast food chain has alot of bargain deal, maybe good for occasion eat there, dollar menu etc..
- By gathering thousands of discount coupons!!!!!!!!!
- First of all, if there is a Walmart by you, by all means food shop there. Everything is cheaper there. Eat chicken, pasta, but don't just eat bread and pasta. Chicken legs and thighs baked with bread crumbs or spices is fine with a green salad. Tuna sandwiches are a good source of protein and tuna isn't expensive. Compare prices at stores, check for sales. You'll soon be a great shopper.
