Does anyone know any secrets that make your hair grow faster?

I cut my hair a while back, it was really long and I miss my old hair length. Its grown some but not much.

4. PreNatal vitamins. You can buy them over the counter, they make your hair and nails grow super fast.
5. I read that if you brust your hair really good and give it trimmings it grows faster
6. Brush it a lot, shampoo it twice a day, and other than that all you can do is sit back and relax. Hair grows about a 1/2 inch per month. Trust me I know your pain, my hair seems to be taking painstakingly long to grow out. Grrr.... =) Boo
