Does anyone know celebrity secrets when it comes to clearing up acne quickly?

I've heard of the aspirin paste left on overnight works well. Anybody got any other tricks to pass on. I've been battling lately with zits around my chin and mouth area. Not sure if it has to do with shaving or not.

2. Well its better to seek a dermatologist. When I went to one he gave me benzoyl peroxide, face wash, and retina micro and it did wonders. If youve been eating lots of greasy food that can also cause breakouts around your mouth
3. My sister ( not a celebrity!) used to use proactive - it worked really well for her... good luck.
4. Not sure if they know about this trick, but mixing tea tree oil (liquid herb) w/ oil free lotion, prevents acne. Everything else I have tried never worked, but this does.
