- Reading your question reminds me how much I miss Mrs. Fluff.
- I've made them fluffy by using the toll house recipe, but adding a tablespoon of milk, they came out fluffy =)
- My trick is using only 1/4 cup white sugar and adding a small box of vanilla instant pudding mix. Everything else stays the same. Also, make sure you're measuring every ingredient accurately. "Eyeballing" measurements is the kiss of death in baked goods.
- I have to tell you when I bake using regular baking tin cookie sheets my cookies don't come out too fluffy, but when I use my Aunts pampered chef stone cookie sheets I swear to you they come out exactly like the pepperidge farm cookies.I also let them cool on a wire rack and they come out perfect , try finding some stone cookie sheets if you can and I can guarantee they will be fluffy. She ordered them from the company "pampered chef" well good luck!!!
