3. Well it depends what kinda dress your wearing. Simple black(or any simple dress/a-line) then wear some red lipstick. Also if you have a light tone skin. Red lipstick will look so sophisticated on you. A glam look, wear some black eye liner with a sparkly silver that fades to black towards the end of your eye. Then try putting on some nice lip gloss that goes well with your skin tone. If you just wanta clean look then put some eye liner that's brown or compiments your eyes. Also put a pale lipgloss or lipstick on. And the biggest yip it, don't use too much blush!!! I hate it when I see people wearing bright red/pink blush
