How should i Dress up to the prom?

Well simply its my prom this year and i just wanted tips on how should i dress for it(im a guy) lol and should i rent a car!?

1. If you can afford it,rent a limo and take a bunch of friends along with your date.
2. Wear a nice suit or if you can afford it a tux rented from somewhere. They average around $100 and some places even include the shoes and socks. I would rent a car/limo...the way to get the fees down on this is to rent it with a group of friends and split the costs. It's your prom. Dress to impress.

4. look at several tuxedo shops and choose the best one there. match ur tie and inside suit with ur prom date. call some nearby limosine rental places. check out the deals and see how many people there are going to be in the limo. split the cost between u and ur date or ur friends and their dates. pick wisely.
5. well it matters who ur taking if ur taking a girl who likes being spoiled do that if ur going with a wild girl where something sexy and wild like her if ur going with someone who hates dressing up then put on jeans and a t shirt no big deal
