i am applying for a real estate agent job and need some tips for a winning application letter?
there is no requirement for experience but i would like to make my application stand out, be interesting and original. please help!

- I use this format and it works everytime. 1) Tell them how fascinating you think they are (research specifics). I.e., they're a progressive, dynamic growth company. Then you say that's why you really want to work for them. 2) Tell them all the skills you have that would make you suitable for the job. Use lots of positive words. You're not just suitable, you would EXCEL at the job. 3) Tell them about any experience you have that is similar and how you were so fantastic at that (i.e., won employee of the month, increased sales by x%, exceeded sales quota consistently) 4) Close with another paragraph again reiterating how fabulous they are and how much you want to work for their firm. It's amazing how so many people don't bother saying that they really want to work for the company they're applying to. People really respond to this. As part of my formula, I ALWAYS use the word "interesting" at least twice and also toss in "exciting" or "excited". I.e., excited at the opportunity to work for ABC Company.
