Therapy Session: I feel depressed. I had a huge fight with my husband last night. Was up till 3 a.m and...?
had to wake up at 5 a.m. to go to work. I feel sleepy and dont want to work. Today is friday and will do nothing fun today. I have a ton of school work to do to be able to graduate and only two weeks left. I have PMS and I think Im going to have migrane today. This is not a question, just wanted to get all this off my chest. Feel free to join in on the therapy session.......

- Half of the therapy has been done. By off loading the stress on your chest . Really a good thing you have done. The remaining half can also be achieved by realising how lucky you are to have a long long fun. Such moments are rare. Live and relive those moments by remembering again and agaain.
