looking for a new look - make up, hair, etc..?

I have champagne blonde hair (natural) with platinum streaks ($140 from the salon lol), blue/grey/green eyes, really fair white skin and i'm looking for a new way to apply make up to my eyes. I'm currently using natural base colors (light shimmers, and browns of different tones), brown eyeliner, and brownblack mascara, but i'm bored of the same look!!! I've had it since 7th grade! lol.. any advice on what other colors i could possibly use?? thanks in advance for the advice! also, i have really thin blonde hair... what would be a cute cut??

1. Soft-looking, porcelain skin looks just as pretty as tan skin! So... 1) Apply a light-weight mineral powder all over your face. 2) Lightly blush pink blush on your cheeks, then smooth it out with your fingers. 3) Take silver eyeshadow and line the inner corners of your eyes. (Like this: > <) 4) Put on a couple coats of brown mascara. 5) Take a little bit of berry colored lipstick and rub it on your finger, then rub it onto your lips. 6) Top with clear lip gloss. 2. Wow! That sounds exactly like me! Well, Pantene makes a certain shampoo just for light blondes, I'm sure you know. Enhance the blonde. And, use sable eyeliner from MaryKay, and also a light brown eyeshadow from MaryKay. Also use black mascara from Revlon.
3. I agree, your complexion and coloring sound just beautiful! I'm too beige to be fair and too light to be olive; I'm just beige. :-( You are lucky to have such light skin. I would try light purples and greens, and I think silver would be fantastic on you. Just use a light touch.
4. try a side-sweep bang Those are always pretty. Maybe try different shades of purple, gold, and green. Since you have pale skin, I would flaunt it. Pale skin is so lovely....almost everyone is tan these days...so show it off!
5. you could go for the natural look and just wear a light shimmery bronzer, light pink blush and a little mascara...that'd be B-E-A-utiful on your skin
6. white eye liner on the inner inside line of your eyes makes them look bigger says Tyra Banks. I tried it I think it looks awsome with no eyeliner no eye shadow just clear or brown mascara, it gives a great natural look its sexy too. and light natural pink lipGloss thats barely shiny. not lipStick.
