- drink water!!! that's the best thing you could ever do. very inexpensive. it benefits not only your hair, but your complextion as well.
- Buy a leave in conditioner at any hair salon or drug store. In the shower, leave your conditioner in your hair while you shave your legs. Drink lots of water, especially in the summer. Exercise/Work out regularly, youll look AND feel better about yourself. Go to bed on time, and consider what time youll have to wake up in the morning. Wash your face once or twice a day.
- eat lot's of fruits and veggies. take a long bath with bath beads oils and ton's of bubble bath. go for a jof to keep your self fit, about a 30 minute jog everyday will do. with your hair you can put in a really good conditoner and shampoo and just leave it down! it looks great. but... if your like over the age of 16 no more pig tails! pony tails are fine. make up you can just go natural it looks the best just soft suddle tones. paint you finger and toe nails a nice shade. but do not let the polish stay on for more then 10 days or your fingers and toes will turn a really bad shade of yellow!
- Drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day will help keep your skin clear & your body healthy Use a deep cleaning masque once a week Take a multivitamin daily (centrum is good), this will produce healthy skin, hair & body Don't shampoo your hair every day, it will cause it to dry out, this will also reduce the amout of thrermal styling you'll have to do as well Use rollers to produce volume & reduce the amout of time you use flat irons (if you use large rollers you'll just have to comb it out a bit & it will be straight) If you need any more help feel free to ask, or visit my forum: http://mysticbeauty0.proboards74.com/index.cgi
- Depends as to what needs help?Well for a quick facial mask you could use a clay powder that eighter comes in red, white or green, mix with almond oil or water& you have ur self a mask. This can be possibly bought at ur nearest health store. For a good home made body & hand exfolliator a mix of raw brown sugar, almod oil & lemon juice works great. For puffy eyes you could use cool steaped chamomile tea bags for dark cicles, & puffiness. For a good moisturiser if you don't have oily skin once again almond oil is a good all rounder for all over& safe.Eye shadows can also be used as lip color, with an application of gloss. These are some really quick tips, that can be made at home.A cheap cuticle cream/ointment is Allen's pawpaw, that can be bought at a supermarket. If you are after store bought products a fairly good range is Loreal.I hope this helps.
- good sleep and lots of water. :)
