  1. try the clinique collection, it is kinda expensive but it works really well and doesnt look tacky. also for tips go to a clinique booth at the mall and get a makeover they will show you how to apply your makeup, also its free
  2. I tend to use eyeshadow underneath my eye instead of eyeliner because i like the way it applies. I always apply a eyeshadow primer, or base, before hand so it stays on longer. Also, i never really use lipstick, i tend to just use tinted or clear gloss. But play around with it a little bit though to find out what you like. But don't think you have to layer it on to look good. Sometimes simple and natural looks the best.
  3. Hi, if you want an interactive program to play around with to see how different colors would look on you go to http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com and click on the 3rd page. On there is a link called fyiarbonne. There is other stuff to do there too.
  4. Firstly at the age of 15 you need makeup to highlight your features not hide them. For foundation use Bare Minerals. Girls of any age can use this foundation and it's really easy to apply. For lipgloss I like Sally Hansen diamond lip treatment gloss in all of their colors! It comes in a supercute bottle by the way. For mascara use Max Factor Volume Couture. For blush use Clinique brush blush in sunset glow. As for eyeshadow anything goes. Go all out on it. Makeup is all about trial and error. Whatever makes you feel good wear it.
  5. aww sorry about the break up but I personally like covergirl trueblend becauses it not heavy but has good coverage and it's pretty afordable. for eyeshadow i would recommend M.A.C. but it's pretty expensive but L'Oreal makes the H.i.P line of eyeshadows that work like M.A.C. and have some nice colors. I like Physician's Formula powders because they come in cute compacts with mirrors and sponges and they won't cause breakouts. If your light skinned you could get this http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=145704&catid=107419&cmbProdBrandFilter=37368&trx=PLST-0-SEARCH&trxp1=107419&trxp2=145704&trxp3=1&trxp4=0&btrx=BUY-PLST-0-SEARCH just dont put too much on but it will give you a nice glow. Here's video http://www.maybelline.com/mca/video-gallery.aspx or covergirl probably has tutorials on how to do makeup as well. Good luck!
  6. Kk, I need to know your skin tone. I'll give you examples for each tone. Pale skin: pinks and greens (wet'n'wild) or even lavendar. Light colors/pastels (that accent your eyes). Medium pale: Neutral (beige)and pink. Medium: browns and medium colors (green, pink, blue, ect.) Medium-dark: Vibrant colors/metallics Dark: Greens and blues with black Black: Vibrant colors/metallics How to put it on: apply the lightest color on your eyelid lightly. Then, make a c shape on your eyelid (so that it starts in about the middle of eyelid, closest to the lashes, then curve around to the crease of your eyelid). Then, if you want, put a little eyeliner on, and mascara. Pick a nice clear, or pink shaded lip gloss.
