make-up tips? Professional or just really good?

i need tips my make-up come out horrible i already know what to do for mascara but eyeliner, eyeshadow my eyes are brown don't give me a list of colors to use though. I want tips for eyeshadow especialy.

1. For brown eyes i'd say more earth tones, brown a nice brown with shimmer so it shimmers MAC has really good ones! and you can also ask them for advice
2. Use a light color under your eyebrow (on your browbone) and to highlight your inner eyelid (by your nose). And use a darker color to shade the middle of your lid. You can also use this darker color as the eyeliner. So say you're using a neutral palette-- you'd use the ivory on the browbone/inner eye, maybe the medium brown all over, the darkest brown in the middle and as the liner. Same deal for any color palette you choose.
3. Apply a darker color to your lid and tearduct, a color in your crease, and a light color under your eyebrows.
4. try reading a really good magazine or something!
5. every eye shape needs diff. techniques. go ask girls at a makeup counter or look at some magazines. you can try putting light color eyeshadow in the inside corner of ur eyes and under ur eyebrows. and a darker color in the crease.
