Make up tips PLS!?

Does any one have any make up tips. I don't wear alot but i always want to look good you no. So if any one has any tips pls give them to me i need them. UM...... especially in types of cover up for those break out days. or ways to do my eyes to i just need a change. O I'm dark complected. Thanx!

1. what ever you use just remember less is more when it comes to make up.
2. If your break outs turn into red bumps cover them over with a green concelear....yes this is odd, buy you'd be surprised how well a green concelear works on this.......if you want to wear light make up get a good powder and wear it with some mascarra and an eye color that goes well with your eyes....hope this helps.........
3. find a cover-up that matches your skin. since you have a dark complexion, you probably don't need it. make sure all your product are oil-free. you might opt towards light, metallic eyshadow and liner.
4. After you’ve put on powder, spray on a small amount of water mist (Evian in a spray can), which will help further set the make-up and give you a dewey finish. For an added punch apply a touch of powder blush just to the apple of the cheek. If you wear makeup and facial moisturizers, choose products that are noncomedogenic (won't cause pore buildup) and nonacnegenic (won't cause acne). Remove all makeup nightly.
