Hi Paige sounds like to me in technical terms that your hairstyle is not a style at all but a hair design its a cross between a long layered sides and a cropped back thus it being longer in the front and shorter in the back my suggestion to you is to go back to your stylist and ask what his or her term is for the style you received In my own opinion you have a pageboyflipped and cropped
