Wht are your ideas for keeping healthy in winter? Some people have less motivation in winter, and the sun is not out as often so the beach is usually out of the question, and it is FREEZING when I (used) to go jogging in the morning. Also, what are some beauty tips? I find that my hair frizzes (very thick and curly) and skin is either too dry, or oily. Any suggestions cause its freezing here in Queensland!
