Natural Beauty?
Hey does anyone have any natural beauty tips for teens preferably high school age. Like ways to look pretty without being expensive and following the crowds. It's for a school project. Here's what I need: Hair- any formulas or ways to help grow hair Face- makeup, the "natural look"? Body- how to keep an upbeat body, posture? etc Health- what' great for young girls (teens) to eat Clothes- anything would be fine

- For makeup, you can't go wrong with mascara, blush, and lip gloss. Don't put too much on of any of those. If you put on too much mascara, your eyelashes look like sticks and all weird. If you put on too much blush, you look like, well, a weirdo. And if you put on too much lip gloss yoúr lips will look all goopy. And don't use foundation unless you have really bad skin. If you have bad skin go to a dermatologist and ask him for which foundation would be best for you to use.
- just wash hair and don't put tons of chemicals in it, just wear some mascara and eyeliner and lip gloss, dont put on foundation or any of that, body-just stay fit in same way and stand up straight, health-drink 8 glasses of water (many people dont) and eat lots of veggies and protein, clothes-just wear what you like and make sure its cute!!
- Health= Yes, most girls eat salads, and nothings wrong with that, but you also need to eat meat every once in a while. If you could find a place that had a salad with fruit and meat in it that would be good, and have bread on the side!
- Hair- mayo conditioners are good and help smooth the cuticle of the hair. Use a natural shampoo to avoid damage to the hair. Use heat instruments as little as possible. If you do use them- keep them moving to avoid damage to the hair. Eat foods that are naturally enriched with B vitamins, A vitamins (green, orange fruits and vegetables) Make sure you get some protein daily. Face- use a good clenser, not soap. Moisturize daily. use as little make up as possible. Make sure you drink 8 glasses of water daily. Try just a little mascara on lashes and a lip gloss. with a little color. Body- practice pulling your abdomen in while tucking your hips under and hold the pose as long as you can. Repeat all day long.. This will help strenghthen your mid section and align your back correctly. Health- water of course. porper amount of sleep nightly for recovery and to keep the body burning calories and the skin glowing. cut seets (pop, chips, cookies etc) down to once or twice per week in moderation. Eat more yogurt and fresh fruits in their place throughout the week. Eat more salad, keep the dressing to a minimum or use low fat/fat free. Mix up what goes inthe salad to keep it lively. Eat 3 -4 four loight meals everyday and your body will burn calories better. Excersie at least 30 - 40 minutes daily. Make 2 workouts ones using 6- 8 lb weights for extra burn. Clothes- surf the sites and make sure you get clothing that is suited to your body type, is proportionate to your body and uses colors that make you look your best. You can go with fashion if it works for you. Never follow atrend that makes you look, fat, old or silly!
