  6. Reading. I love to sit back with a glass of tea and a good book. The best beauty tip is to live a happy life. Try not to worry and never hold a grudge.
  7. after i finish my yoga class or do 1 hr of cardio, i can sit back and relax and feel good about myself. also, being w/ my man. cuz he likes to cuddle w/ me.
  8. A great bubble bath w/a good book. The old stand by of drinking plenty of water - i have started doing this by cutting out most of my intake of cola - and i have lost 10lbs and keep it of for 3months.
  9. i agree with CC, also if you need to destress, try meditating- just close your eyes, and dont think about everything going on in your life, just sit and breath. another suggestion- go backpacking, just a short day trip, and rst at the top of the mountain, and enjoy the view. it will be hard to think about all of the stressful things up there.

  12. a tall glass of water and a little price is right. and then i just go to the gym or take a nice walk in a shaded area. and sometimes i drive there, then walk its nice.

  16. soft music would be relaxing while taking bath with candles around which would b relaxing and way 2 romantic n a good way 2 calm u dwn....n then comin out with towel rapped around n water dripping down my body and would love 2 stand on the 15th floor and look at the mountains covered with clouds far away...n the scene in the late evening is awesum...the sky is red...yellowish voilet...n a slow romantic song is way 2 relaxing....and sumtime a massagewould b 2 relaxing 4 u 2 doze off 2 sleep..... the best way 4 acquiring a glowing skin is drinking loads off water...and goin upand down through staircase that might reduce ur curves n thighs in just 2 weeks ...and lots of fruits and vegetables and juices and soupss....
  17. the foyer of my house has a marble floor and tends to be very cold, especially in the summer. when I get back from running, I feel nasty and sweaty and hot. I just lie there for a little while and it takes all the heat out of me, it feels so good
  18. painting or writing or reading with insense burning.or just sit the and nap or something.but better to work ur mind with something thats not a chore.
