Learn from the Experienced?

Something I've always wanted to do was go talk to a bunch of older people and compile a video of advice they'd give to younger people. Since I haven't gotten around to it, how about you? What's some advice or tips about health, beauty, aging, love, and life in general that you wish you knew or think others would like to know?

1. Everything has to be taken with a grain of salt because more experienced people are NOT necessarily more intelligent. You have to decide which is more important and it depends on the situation.
2. I do not think that people can tell you how to act or dress, or love, each person has to learn life from their own experiences. Time changes things and what was right or wrong when these 'experienced' older people lived is different from today. I am an older person, and I do not believe that I can tell you the right way to do anything. I might be very wrong in todays culture.
