make-up tips?

so i'm heading to college in a couple weeks and need a new look. i'm pretty girly but i've always looked like a tom boy. i recently cut my hair so its right off the shoulders with layers which makes me look a bit older (which is good cause i looked like i was 13 before). i'm pretty tan and have green/brown eyes, and brown hair. i need some make-up tips to make me look older for college parties and such to look older. like how to bring out my eyes? just black eye liner isn't doing the trick. any tips?

1. A smokey eye makes you look older, more sophisticated. If you use MAC Fluid Liner on your upper lid, and MAC twist up liner on your lower lid, which you can smudge to make it look smokey, then, use MAC Mothbrown eyeshadow, it's like a charcoal color, along with a light color, I use ZUZU Luxe brand in Prism, but, it's kind of hard to find, you can get it at Whole Foods Market or online.
2. the smokey eye ALWAYS works. this is very simple to update it try doinf the smokey eye w/ some ecolors like blus and geens. golds and navys would be good for your eye color try them not only in shadows but in liners too!
